A WORRY JOURNAL
To worry means to feel anxious or troubled about actual or potential problems.
Do you know that constant worrying can take a toll on your physical and emotional health? It can sap your emotional strength, leave you restless and jumpy, cause insomnia, headaches, stomach problems, and muscle tension, and make it difficult to concentrate on anything you are doing.
Imagine being sick in my body and your mind!
Why worry over what you can't change by worrying.
Sometimes it can't be fixed if it's broken, so quit worrying and let things be.
